Holger Redecker

Holger Redecker began his career at MAURER in 1991 as a trainee while studying construction engineering. After graduating in 1996, he joined MAURER Lünen as a sales engineer. In 2011, he was chosen to manage the Lünen branch. He has been Managing Director since 2023, with responsibility for the design and sales departments.

Max Meincke

Max Meincke studied industrial engineering and joined MAURER in 2009 as Head of Purchasing. Since then, he has held various management positions, most recently as Head of Corporate Development. As Managing Director since 2018, Mr Meincke has been responsible for the commercial division, as well as the company's national and international production sites.
