Elastomeric bearings

Isolation from both, horizontally and vertically, micro vibration with tuning frequencies greater than 20 Hz is best handled by elastomeric bearings. Effective reduction of tension peaks in the support structures of wind farms.

Elastomeric bearings consist of one or more horizontal layers of elastomer with interjacent vulcan-ised steel reinforcement plates.

  • Materials: Natural rubber (NR) or chloroprene rubber (CR) produced in-house
  • CE marking also available in combination with sliding bearing elements or with restraint devices
